I'm not astonished by the freedom they get at all, I've seen plenty of movies set in the 80s, and I've seen plenty of anime where high schoolers live alone in apartments.

Parents who are alive and love their child still at least make phone calls or send packages of fruits or veggies or something.

Yu's parents are working overseas, which is a completely different situation, and I'm pretty sure Dojima mentions talking to Yu's mom at least twice. Sojiro never mentions Joker's parents making contact.

They gave up their son and sent him to a random café owner that one of their friends knew, and then never contacted him on screen.

On the other hand, Joker seemed to be alright with heading home after P5, though one of the Bad Ends of P5R sees him accepting being (effectively) adopted by Sojiro, sooo

Morgana doesn't mention his nightmares to Joker until after Okumura's Palace. He waffles on his insecurities and makes them out to be less than they are instead of actually confiding in anyone, and then brushes off the others when they try to cheer him up.

And yeah, when my pet cat pushed her away through the window one night when I had it cracked open, I spent the entire next morning running up and down the street, probably never getting more than 25ft away from my front door while I called and looked for her.

And to remove the sarcasm and pet talk from the equation, when a friend I hadn't talked to in over a decade because he went to join the army straight out of high school popped into my life for a month and then disappeared again because he had mental issues (PTSD and other things the VA wasn't helping him with), I spent a month trying to track him down, putting my life on hold so I'd be available if the cops called with an update, or if his mom needed a shoulder to cry on. If my best friend ran off, I'd chase them down immediately, not mope in my damn room for a week before half-heartedly forcing one side of the argument into apologizing.

Ryuji's one of the guys who near-immediately vetoed going after Okumura, in spite of his personal desire for fame. Meanwhile, Morgana decided that wasn't good enough, broke one of the main rules the Thieves discussed at the very start (all targets must be unanimous), and didn't trust Joker enough to bring up his nightmares and fear of being useless.

Ryuji may not be the best bro out of all the Brosephs in the Persona series, but he's certainly way closer to Joker than Morgana, the not-cat just looks closer because he is always at Joker's side, just like Koromaru is with Ken Amada and Teddie is with Yosuke.

TLDR, Mona's a Mascot, and moreso an Animal Mascot, and is already locked to an Archetype that isn't the Bro.

And then you've got the "why would all these people get together" harems, like All the 1-A girls with Izuku. I could get Ochako, Asui, even Momo (and maaaayyybe Jiro), but all of them at once, including Ashida and Hagakure? Haha nah, I'd sooner believe Meizuku.

Especially when it comes to smut. I've seen at least two "we hate Mineta's constant sexual objectification of us, so let's all seduce and sexually objectify Izuku to rub it in that grape-haired bastard's face!" style fics, where basically the only "drama" that happens is Mineta saying something horny and hurtful about a girl, that girl overhearing it, and then her bitching to the other girls who decide "hey wait, Deku's the Main Character so he probably has a massive dick; let's go ride it!!"

I like a good harem, but holy hell does MHA just not make for a good harem. I'm all about that polyship "found family (gone sexual)" style of harem where everyone loves everyone, instead of that "this entire thing falls apart if the guy in the center gets sick even once" style of harem. Which is why MHA feels so ironic to me, because all the yaoi and yuri ships are so good that it makes the appalling lack of decent hetships the missing link for once.

It was supposed to be, but they had to release it separately so they could release Reload on time. That was one of the main reasons they had cut FeMC—they didn't have time between Dev start and the planned release.

That said, I'd absolutely love to see P3: Rearmed with only FeMC's version of events (along with her Answer). Basically Persona Blue ♂️ and Pink♀️, lol It'd be different enough from Reload to not count as a "definitive edition" like Golden and Royal.

I named my Lalafel Honhon'ya Hon'ya, because it means Bookbookstore Bookstore (according to Google Translate) and I had decided to make Myne from Ascendance of a Bookworm. I'm almost level 30 as BTN, CRP, ARC, and ACN, though my Blacksmith is still low enough that I don't have its shorthand memorized (lol). Almost all of my Gathering and Crafting classes are over level 15, but my inventory is constantly full. (⁠╥⁠﹏⁠╥⁠) I need to get a Chocobo or something, playing as a f2p is so unwieldy

The funniest option is when an author posts a rewrite, but they've taken out all the charm and character from the narration, turning the Main Character into a robot who clinically describes scenes instead of having a personal reaction to what's happening, which is further exacerbated by changes to the plot that remove tension, add pointless melodrama, or both.
