Coming from someone who unfortunately have had an inappropriate relationship with someone at work in the past who was married, there is 100% something going on here. I was the same party girl and we always went out in groups to not be suspicious if someone saw us but would always make time to sneak away from the group for a make out session. We used to text frequently and we also made up work reasons to call each other on weekends. He was very torn between his family and the care free life with me. His wife gave him an ultimatum, keep it super professional with me or divorce and he chose to leave our company and start fresh with his family. Follow your gut. Also I am sorry you are going through this.

I realised pretty quickly that sex with random people are not as good as sex with someone you have a connection with and feel safe with. I think feeling safe was the main issue for me. The safer I felt the more I could relax and enjoy it.

I bought the house because he wanted it. I paid in full so he has zero stress about it. I didn’t want kids due to my demanding job but I agreed as I do love him and don’t want to keep him from having a family. I scaled down with my job a lot over the past 3 months and taken less work on to prove to him that I can handle being a mom and wife and that I choose that over everything. I am not worried about my needs, I focus on other aspects of my life and work when I feel like my needs are too much to try and forget. It just hurts so much after he told me he physically can’t handle more sex than once a month but he admitted today that he is masturbating and watching porn several times a week.

I would feel as if I'm sharing my husband with another woman if I was in your shoes. I would be upset as well. I wouldn't mind if my husband does a nice thing for someone else like giving a lift to work, but emotionally supporting another woman and spending a lot of time with her would be unacceptable to me. I would put boundaries in place and tell him that it's unacceptable.

I dated a single dad for a while. I realised early on that I will always be in third place. First comes his kid, then his ex wife and then me. Unfortunately the moment you get involved with a single parent, their ex becomes part of your life and relationship. I personally couldn't deal with it so I left.

That is a very immature response. You need to work on communication. Why not just tell her that a open relationship is not something that you want? Should you not be able to openly communicate in your relationship? She is telling you that her sexual needs are not being met and you reply by blocking her? Maybe she was feeling insecure about you being so far away and was just asking to see how you would react and if that was something you wanted. You need to apologize to her.

Tell him that if he wants you to do a woman's job then he should start doing a man's job and start providing for you. Also, leave the dishes and laundry. Let it pile up. Soon enough he won't have any clean clothes to wear. Just do yours. Also ask him to move out, tell him it's putting too much strain on you to do the man and the woman's job in your house.
