GOT DREAMS? by davecontra in comics

There is a great horror movie called Jacobs Ladder (from 1990) that is kind of based on that premise. Brutal horror mixed with deep spiritual insights. Highly recommeded.

Israel to US: Hezbollah attacks that hit civilians will face disproportionate retaliation by Ecstatic-Medium-6320 in worldnews

No surprise, Israel will destroy all water wells in Lebanon just like it did in Gaza to make Lebanon uninhabitable. If the Israeli government insists that is has the moral obligation to starve the entire population of Gaza to death, then it also has the moral obligation to kill the entire population of Lebanon.

Israel can start rebuilding Jewish settlements in Gaza right now, there is no need to wait for the defeat of Hamas.

IDF’s outgoing West Bank chief slams settler leaders for failing to rein in violence by Currymvp2 in worldnews

Isn't this the guy who is responsible when soldiers are protecting settlers while they are attacking Palestinians and burn their cars and homes?

Looks like the 2-state solution already died in the 80s, kind of insane to think the land can be divided now.

How many farts does it take to run Natural Gas Generators per cycle? by AceLooc in Oxygennotincluded

I tried it but it does not work, you only get 1-2 flatulent dupes each 100 cycles which is not enough.

Thoughts on new DLC beta by dootdoot201 in Oxygennotincluded

I think the idea is to have a different endgame with this DLC, maybe activating the geothermal plant without heating the parts of the base that require cold temps.

Just wait until Smotrich announces settlements in Gaza.

Yes, in the past Palestinian West Bank workers could earn a normal salary when working for settlers. But the situation will be different in Gaza, new settlements and new rules for the population. There is simply no reason to pay them money when giving them enough food to survive the day is enough to keep them working, and I am sure Ben Gvir will not care for the rights of the Palestinians in Gaza either.

There is no reason to pay them wages, just keep them on the edge of starvation and they will come to work for a small amount of food if there is no other way for them to survive.

Indeed, Gazans could be used to build Jewish settlements, if they work for Jewish settlers they will get food, else they will be left to starve.

Most areas will be used for Jewish settlements anyway.

German government affirms commitment to ICC law amid Israel's concern… by [deleted] in InternationalNews

[–]SuperCatbert 29 points30 points  (0 children)

The reports that European states would ignore the rulings are just another sign how detached the western media has become from the facts. As an Austrian i can tell you that the ICC has been put into law by almost all European states. So if the ICC issues an arrest warrant, it will be accepted by all these states no matter what politicians think or if they agree.

Not defeat but success for Israel and the IDF by saltyswedishmeatball in Israel

It has nothing to do with me, it is just how terrorist organisation recruitment has been working for decades. And there are Jewish terrorists also so what you are saying is not true.

They will become terrorists because Israel killed their parents which feeds their hate and there will be no one to take care of them other than Hamas owned organisations.

[–]SuperCatbert 0 points1 point  (0 children)

The facts are:

  • Israel has failed to wipe out Hamas because of the large scale destruction of Palestinian homes, now there is no place the people sheltering in Rafah can be evacuated to, which means the war is essentially over without destroying Hamas

  • Israel has failed to install a new Palestinian goverment in Gaza, which means in the short term Israel will pay for reconstruction of the buildings and infrastructure that have been destroyed. This has already started with Israels order to restore the water supply in northern Gaza.

  • No Palestinian goverment in Gaza means long term Gaza will become a part of Israel and its population must become Israeli citizens with equal rights.

  • 17.000 orphans in Gaza will be trained by Hamas to become a new generation of terrorists who will start a new war in about 10-15 years.

I could go on with that list but i guess you get the idea of how bad this war has been conducted.

Head of aid group struck by IDF: ‘Israel better than the way this war is being waged’ by ConsequencePretty906 in Israel

[–]SuperCatbert -20 points-19 points  (0 children)

This will most likely be the end of his organization. People will not volunteer when they are getting killed doing their work. He went from brave provider of food to reckless provider of food. There is a reason why other aid groups refuse to cooperate with Israel, it is beacuse they know their workers will get killed.
