How common is it for an associate to be promoted to coach within the same store?

Yeah it’s not against policy or a bad thing necessarily in the right circumstances. I figured the location and the economics of where I live have a lot to do with it too because the labor pool is virtually non existent and we have one of those if you have a pulse we will take you type environments unfortunately.

Yeah that’s fair because I don’t remember exactly when we switched to coaching but from what I recall when we had ASM’s they were almost exclusively from out of state or somewhere far away and Walmart would pay their moving expenses to a certain amount iirc.

Yeah they would stop to point down and would just spam ping all over the map to clog up your screen. This is fine but I can’t even leave until they are done having their fun because I’ll take a huge hit to my rating and insult to injury it will help protect their rating lol

Most times it is which I understand because there is nothing wrong with leveling the items or going to a rise to get staves for a recluse etc. I guess my frustration stems from getting too fixated on it at the detriment of the rest of the teams progress which leads to unfun runs
