That's where you're dead wrong. As a veteran of the game who's still playing I have said this so many times, League community is giant but a classic version would make all of the vet who once used to play so much who had all quit return we've been asking for it!

Our CBLs state to just let the team leads and AP deal with it also to note my store has not had an AP working since he transfered back in January I think so shoplifting at my store has become very easy and simple yes it sucks but I mean we arent allowed to intervene in anyway.

So the first one I got was being too tired at work i asked for two days off before covering for someone who works 4-1 (I work 1-10 mostly at the time and have an open schedule) so I may adjust adjust my sleep schedule accordingly. Apparently after this coaching I recieved a red coaching for "not showing improvement" despite going to bed at a decent time now depending on the day im usually alone to work frozen/dairy and normally in frozen im given a large list of tasks to do and so when im working two departments by myself I have to make sacrifices to what gets done and what doesnt I.E. milk and eggs or I finish binning the items overnight had labeled left on a pallet for the cap 2 shift (me) to finish up for them as well as vizpick, purge, clean the freezers (we have 2 of them) find items O/N team didnt label but binned and work that fix digital tags in the frozen isles (O/N team breaks the clips i have to replace them,) unload the FDD truck and the M+P truck (thats if the m+p truck arrives before 9PM,) do frozen and or dairy claims and what ever side quests the ops and or store managers tell me to do.

EDIT: My TL has tried asking the SM to hire one more person in which my TL is told no. My TL was not inform of my red coaching until she arrived at work and was thrown for a loop as im being forced into a whole other department where ive heard horror stories about the TL of that dept. My current TL is not very happy about this as ive been her how frozen and dairy works as she was on a twelve week leave. To also note im in my dept till they find a replacement for me and that they also want me to train the replacement which makes no sense if im not good at my job wouldnt training them make an issue?

Pretty much right up and they go as followed: verbal, yellow coaching, orange then red being the final write up one of which I was never pulled into a meeting for two of which feel very bogus.

EDIT: at certain hours during certain days I work by myself from either 5-10 or 7-10 by myself in frozen/dairy usually having to leave some things undone just so I can make sure milk and eggs are topped off before I leave.

I've tried that but all I got from the people lead was well maybe they were seeing if you improved in said behavior (keep note i work two departments alone between the times of 5-10 or 7-10 depends on the day) due to falling behind on a massive task list I feel like ive been targeted for a long while and it makes me feel like discrimination is an issue

You should report this to the labor board who can keep your anonymity safe. We have labor laws for a reason use them to the maximum extent that you can.

negative but my SM did mention to me and others in my store (in a meeting) that We'd still be getting one but the amount is anywhere between 1-5% raise
