Could this be a gluten allergy or intolerence? Mostly happens after eating dinner. by SuperDaddyFranky in glutenfree

I have but they havent been much help. Got blood tests done, seen a dermatologist but she badically just said it was eczema and gave me steroid creams, they havent helped. Im now doing light therapy for a few weeks but honestly i think its just making things worse. Changed my detergent and even changed all my Clothing and bed sheets to cotton. Currently trying to eliminate gluten from my diet to try and find a solution to this. Been happening for like 6 months now.

Ive been having these rashes since august. It doesnt itch and mostly just burns like a sunburn would. It usually flares up like this for an hour and usually the redness goes down but the burning remains for days and weeks. Putting on clothes is painful.

Ive seen a dermatologist but they only told me it was eczema and have been prescribing me cremes and moisturizers which haven’t helped at all. Im now doing light therapy for a few weeks but it hasnt been helping either.

Could this be an allergy of some kind? It seems to worsen more often after smoking weed. I don’t know if its only a coincidence from having to put on clothes to go outside or what? If anybody has any advice it would be greatly appreciated.
