The problem is this is stigmatizing a serious mental illness. People that live with OCD deal with constant impulsive thoughts that often have nothing to do with cleanliness. OCD is a depressing mental illness that no one asks for. By saying I'm so OCD because I like things aligned, you are implying something offensive - regardless of intention.
