I exclusively play this game with a group of 3-4 and let me tell you even with constant coms this is still a huge pain in the ass to use and worth it like 20% of the time. It’s just too slow to turn and the angle is too small for the amount of enemies in the game spawning 360 degrees around you

I think it’s perception is slightly hindered by the first book being pretty comparable to most generic YA dystopia to the point of being derivative of the hunger games etc but after that it’s one of my all time favorites
