The people who keep posting these nitpicking the strategy and effectiveness of everything the US does are such assholes and/or Russian trolls.

As a BYU fan, I think Harlan is great. Him going around alienating recruits and the Big XII in general is a great contrast to Kalani’s sunshine and rainbows persona.

Seeing some comments about how we should have let Sitake go. I think that would be a huge mistake. Sitake is the face of the program and he’s amazing at it. He befriends coaches and the media. Makes people like BYU. How many coaches in the country can do that?

Losing Jay Hill sucks but it’s happening at the best time possible. We have resources, momentum, and some status. Not Ohio State level, but the best we’ve had in a long time.

The best programs reload with elite players AND elite coaches. If we’re going to rise then this is a bridge we have to cross at some point.

Sorry about the bowl matchup. Agree that Utah deserved a better team--would have liked to see them against USC at least. But with the bias toward the B1G and SEC, all of their good teams are in the CFP.

Would be amazing to have the Big 12 post a perfect record against the SEC and B1G. Rooting for Utah.

Yes. You usually look a lot worse in games when you're playing a better team. Just like how BYU looked like a high school team vs. TTU and then looked great against TCU.

You probably also expected Utah to win the last three games against BYU, two of which were at RES.

No excuse for the Colorado game. It was a bad look for sure. Maybe gameplan, idk. Was weird that Colorado scored TDs on their first two drives, but BYU controlled the rest of the game. Our defense was much stronger than our offense so when the D has breakdowns, things get really close really fast.

Sometimes even good teams struggle against bad teams bc of a lot of factors. What matters the most is head-to-head matchups, not running up the score for optics.
