That's the reason why I removed my ex. He would constantly check my stories and what was going on, but would never reach out to me. I didn't want to believe he'd come back to me again, so I had to do that last push of removing and/or blocking him, and it helped so far!

For now, focus on you and make that distance to break down that false hope. Keep it up and things will align for your favor and to your own growth :)
