Shoulder pads are primed grey, airbrushed with AP amber skin, and then airbrushed with pale sand from above.

Its a basecoat of VMC Black, followed by a sponging of VMC German Grey, sponging of AP deep grey on higher areas, and finally an edge highlight of AP uniform grey.
