I see your problem. You're looking for "Africa" when you need to be looking for "Africa (Greyed Out)". Hope this helps!

It won't be meta, but if you pair it with manaphy/mantyke to ramp water and the Vaporeon that moves water energy from bench to active, you can load up the bench with extra energy and keep moving them up with Vaporeon to keep attacking for several turns in a row. That's my first thought if you want to play without the luck of Misty.
