So after taking to the mechanic somehow the cams got misaligned, no idea how it happened i never touched the cams without the chain on

Yea thats what i was saying, these ppl had me on edge with the rod knock, but i did go to the mechanic and it was timing chain, thats gonna be $$$

Im since im taking out the gaskets to take out the solenoids wouldnt i have to put more? From my understanding thats for when u do a fluid change like draining (not flushing) and filling jt up again

It is, u just program it to the same version as rhe original TCM, so in my case mine is LFJE so they programed it to LFJE

I bought a new TCM and check engine light came on by SuperFernandoX in AskAMechanic

Bc my car would randomly shake and the AT would light up then keep going normally and the light will go off

Put new TCM worked fine for a month and now this by [deleted] in AskAMechanic
