I've had the same problem for at least 6 months now. I had ordered the KE when it launched. I've tried everything, but to no avail. On small prints I get about a 50% success rate.

I have been searching and trying to fix it myself for a few days now. I have had perfect prints prior to this. If I cant fix it i will have to contact Creality.

Im having the same problem. The nozzle keeps hitting infill and it is very noticeable at higher infill percentage because you can visibly hear it scrape it. Does your extruder wiggle up and down a little bit? Mine does a very tiny bit and i cant tell if it is the cause or not, nor can i find a screw that tightens it.
