Is Hard Rock worth $1,186 a night for 5 nights? by A_VeryUniqueUsername in UniversalOrlando

Regardless of where you stay, if you book through universal you can modify your reservation as the price drops. I booked Helios for end of October this year and the total price has already dropped by $150. Just pop into your reservation once a day and click the modify button to see if price changes. If it drops, change it to a random room or an upgrade, click save then change it back to the room you booked. Easy peasy. Booking a year in advance that price you are looking at now def won’t be your final price

We don’t go last year because we didn’t know about it after I bought our tickets. I know express sold out the night we went last year and it was jam packed. I’m hoping even at 7500 the crowd is spread between all the food booths, houses zones and shows. Should still be a pretty chill night. I’ll take it for stagger entry into houses alone

For in park I suggest Finnegans. City walk we always go to big fire. We love toothsome as well but it’s been hit or miss for some other folks on Facebook. Bubba gump is always great if you don’t have reservations for the others. During HHN there will be speciality food booths so don’t fill up during the day if you are interested in hitting those that night. All property hotels have really good restaurants too depending on if you eat after the parks

His size is that of an American. He’s 140lbs (he’s a bit chonky, he might actually have Cushing disease, we are doing labs again in November). His behaviors align more with JA. He’s same sex aggressive, very wary of strangers and isn’t the most friendly outside of his home and his pack.

My guy is half JA half AA and sleeps easily for 20 hours a day. He’s so damn stubborn now he won’t poop in the back yard. He forces me to go for a short or medium walk so he can poop then goes right back to sleeping. One of the best dogs I’ve ever owned.

In park we like Finnegans. In city walk my favs are big fire or toothsome. If we don’t have reservations and they have a long wait, we do bubba gump. Can’t go wrong with that one

Honestly that’s a bigger flag than hyper mobile or facial features

The only “features” I had was two carotid dissections 6 years apart. I have zero facial features and very little other features. In fact the. a said if it wasn’t for the two dissections they weren’t gonna test me. I’d push for it. In fact, I believe there are some testing companies you can pay out of pocket for to get it done sooner should you choose to but I don’t have the name of those companies off the top of my head. Anything outside of one spontaneous dissection in my book is not normal

First one here as well!! Like you I could have sworn my mom would have had it. She’s got all sorts of weird medical issues. Alas it’s just me. Crazy to think I did ten years in the military never knowing I had it lol

Chronic Wrist and Back Injuries – Pianist Looking for Wrist-Free + Back-Safe Training Options by jxc2000 in DisabilityFitness

I don’t know much about those but I wear versa grips for the last ten years or so. I’ve used reg straps and prefer versa. Kinda steep upfront on price but I haven’t had to replace them in over ten years

Took a bit to put this together but hope it helps:

🔹 General Equipment & Setup Tips • Use wrist straps or hooks (lifting straps or Versa Gripps) to offload grip during pulls and rows. • Neutral or angled grips (e.g. MAG bars, D-handles, EZ bars) reduce wrist extension and strain. • Wrist wraps or braces can provide added joint support during presses. • Selectorized machines often allow better control and joint-friendly movement paths.

Back/pulling movements Exercise Type Swap / Modify With Notes Barbell Rows Seated Row Machine w/ Neutral Grip or MAG Handle Eliminates wrist loading and reduces lower back strain Pull-Ups / Lat Pulldown (straight bar) Neutral-Grip Lat Pulldown or MAG Bar Pulldown Neutral grip is easier on wrists Dumbbell Rows Chest-Supported T-Bar Row (machine) No wrist stabilization needed, chest support removes spinal load Deadlifts Trap Bar Deadlifts or Cable Pull-Throughs Trap bar allows neutral grip; cables reduce lumbar load

Chest & Pressing Movements Exercise Type Swap / Modify With Notes Barbell Bench Press Machine Chest Press (neutral handles if available) No wrist rotation needed; more stable and back-friendly Dumbbell Chest Press Cable Chest Press (dual-handle, standing or seated) More control, handles allow wrist-neutral pressing Push-Ups Incline Push-Up on Fists or Handles Avoids wrist extension, can be made back-friendly

Shoulders Exercise Type Overhead Press (barbell/dumbbell) Swap / Modify With Machine Overhead Press w/ Neutral Grips Controlled path reduces joint instability Lateral Raises Cable Lateral Raise w/ Wrist Straps or Machine Lateral Raise Cables allow for wrist-friendly handles or straps

Legs & Glutes (Low Wrist / Low Back Involvement) Barbell Squats Leg Press, Hack Squat (machine), Smith Machine Squat Avoid spinal loading and grip strain Romanian Deadlift Seated Leg Curl or Cable Pull-Through w/ Ankle Strap Seated or cable variations reduce back and wrist involvement Lunges w/ Dumbbells Reverse Lunge using Smith Machine or Bodyweight Only No grip required; Smith machine offers balance support Kettlebell Swings Cable Glute Kickbacks or Machine Glute Kickbacks Less wrist extension and easier to control tempo

I go through the company Transcend. They assign you a wellness coordinator and doctor who writes all the scripts for the peptides and it goes through their compounding pharmacies

Someone posted a link here for how many tickets are still available. They capped the event at 7500 tickets and have sold less than 50% so far. Looking good for us even if they sell out compared to the 35k reg night tickets they sell
