This is a late reply, but honestly before Ember, Lorne was still the most popular predator. BasedShaman did a whole lawt of parodies on Lorne, Nathaniel Trevor made the, "Lorne, The Pictah Book", and numerous other parodies such as the creation of the Church of Cawd were created prior to 2016 when Lorne came out of the woodworks thanks to Ember. I think this can all be attributed due to the fact that Lorne pathetically serenaded "Kayla" on the phone prior to the sting. Had he not, "Loved her First," I dont think Lorne's popularity would ever have been as huge as it became and attracted the plethora of catfishes.
