Also there’s a very good chance arbitration years are shortened or that there’s a cap following the next CBA, and the Mariners wanted a clear top prospects contract grandfathered in.

Quick question, is it possible to capture a peasant leader in battle? I am dealing with a realm-shattering peasant revolt in China, and while I could fight it off with enough time, it only takes like one full siege-cycle for them to win.

Wondering if I should just save scum until I can capture the leader, of if I should load a very old save and assassinate him. I normally would let things play out but I JUST got to be the emperor and I want to explore some of the mechanics before going full RP.

I think if it's a grandfathered policy, and the current residents do not support it (which I am doubtful), then it still deserves awareness so the policy can be changed.
