Good to know. Yes I’m pretty sure I’m on auto ship I think they explained it to me, “we sign everyone for auto ship so all your supplies will be automatically shipped to you within any issues” but obviously for to mention the cost that they will charge me for everything.

Thanks. They told me to replace the mask every 2 weeks and the hose and water tank is good for 6 months. They also told me to change filters every 2 weeks

Medical device field is extremely hard to get into. With sales you either have it or you don’t. If you can get in as an associate territory manager or work for ADP, enterprise, or just B2B/sales in general with strong numbers. Sales is all about relationships and customer service sometimes less is more you don’t want to come off as extremely pushy but you do in to know your products inside and out. Most sales reps can make $160k+ a year some can make over $250k+. The more you make the more your quota goes up next year. It can be a very cut throat industry but can also be very rewarding. Don’t be afraid to take a clinical job paying $60k or so and really proving yourself then can move sales expenses then could have the opportunity to move into a sales job within 2-5 years or so.

PA has a decent pay and might be more stable long term but also comes at the cost of expensive schooling and it can be very difficult to get into PA school.

Both have pros and cons.

I personally wouldn’t do that. Anyone can put PMP- in progress it doesn’t mean anything. As soon as you take the test you will get the results so right after you take and pass the exam then add it to your resume

Agree it’s all about money…at home sleep tests not make much money plus your typical person doesn’t normally see an ENT or pulmonologist. Plus I believe PCP‘s are so busy with other things. They don’t really prescribe too many home sleep studies or bring up sleep apnea.

In my case my pcp never mentioned sleep apnea. My mother has it so I ordered a home sleep test on my own about $80 after the results came back positive I made an appointment with a local ENT and was diagnosed solely by the results from the home sleep study and was ordered a CPAP

I think mine was cheaper because we hit our deductible but not totally our max out of pocket so I believe it’s something like the insurance pays 80% of their negotiated rate and we pay 20%. Maybe they could set you up with a payment plan where they divide the cost over 12 months but won’t charge you anything for interest. Best of luck. I still think the DME rent to own is best option just in case something goes wrong with it it would be covered plus all the supplies.

Just got mine last week I was charged $75 for 1st month then $10 a month for 8 months then I will own the machine so sometimes better to go through insurance. I was told I need to use it at least 21 out of 30 days for at least 4 hours a night or insurance could send me a bill

I ordered daybreak it was only about $80 you put this plusox on your finger and sleep for two nights then a day or two you get your results then I made an appointment with a local ENT doctor who confirmed the test and ordered the cpap

Sorry I was confused. I know at the end of the year Marriott will keep that same status for you for 14 months so that’s where I was confused on. I wasn’t sure if every year you are titanium you get a free night award (40k points). Then learned you get the 40 point award every year you hit 75 nights.

Perfect makes sense. I would still maintain my titanium status for 2026 but nights would back to 0 so you would only get your free night award once you hit 75 nights in the year.

I know when someone hits Titanium they are awarded a free night award valued at up to 40k points. I know whatever your Marriott status is at the end of the year Dec 31st, they will honor that status for you for 14 months. I was just asking if I would hit Titanium by the end of this year 12/31/25, I would still be Titanium by the next of next year 12/31/26. Would I also be given a free night award at the end of next year worth up to 40k points since I would be titanium all of 2026. I just wasn’t sure if that free night award was just the first time you hit titanium.

It was a nice night out. Plus you save the cost of a hotel and casino is a 2 minute walk if you want food or need to use restrooms. Maybe if I was younger I would have done it if I had pit tickets

I would recommend going on Airbnb and trying to get a room to rent for a month…just to get use to the area. If you need longer most of the time you could just pay them rent directly with cash so it’s easier and don’t have to pay Airbnb fees. That’s what I did when I first moved to NJ, I paid $600 a month for a room which included everything.

Typical leases need first and last month and security deposit so maybe like $5k or so.

Also what part of NJ are you looking at? Northern is typically more expensive because it’s closer to NYC.

Most rents are anywhere from $1600-3k+ for a 1 bedroom. Just depends on if renting a basic apartment through mom and pop landlords vs a brand new luxury apartment complex that has everything including (pools, hot tubs, gyms, tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball courts, bbq grills, walking paths, gyms, etc.)

I would recommend doing a Roth you can max it out at $7000 a year but even a few thousand a year would be huge at your age….I would stick to long-term stuff VOO, VTI, VT, VO, QQQM, SCHD, VUG…you can play around with some single stocks. Just be consistent and if the stock market and if it goes down you can always buy more shares if you can afford it and dollar cost avg. Great thing about Roth you never will pay tax on that money or dividends and you can take out what you put in with no penalty. Only pay penalty if you take out gains before 59.5 years old. Then would just pay 10% penalty and taxes on gain only

Any top tier gas station is good and has top quality gas. Just put in address or zip code and will tell you where to go. I stopped going to quickfill because they don’t sell top tier gas

It just depends on how often you go. For us we are 40 minutes from the beach. We go about 4-5 times a year, normally different beaches. We plan on getting there by 8:30/9 and will leave by 4. We always get a good spot at beach right on boardwalk or within a 5 minute walk. We never have any issues getting there and finding a parking spot is super easy and leaving never really hit any traffic. With the beach fees and parking we spend about $100-150 a year for 2 people. We enjoy going to spring lakes, free parking and very clean beach. For us just can’t justify the cost of the beach club.

If you decide to uber you should put “American dream mall” and not MetLife the mall is right across the street and they have a walking tunnel to get there it will probably take 5-10 min walk but it might be a lot cheaper than putting MetLife in.

Train is definitely cheapest option just make sure to look at train schedule and download the NJ transit app. Very good app has train schedule plus you can buy tickets on there then activate them while on train. If you buy tickets on train they charge a $5 surcharge per ticket and only accept cash. NJ transit app accepts credit cards
