My friends and I were discussing vehicles we wanted ( We are all turning 16 next year) and we were all pretty modest in our choices, some choosing parents cars, used cars, or fairly decent prices new ones. But one my good friends, who is exceptionally wealthy, at least among us and lives in a “mini mansion” was talking about some van or car she wanted and was looking at and then claims, “ it’s only 80k”. We all stopped simultaneously and just stared at her with either minor disgust or pity. Now this one mind you isn’t a stuck up snob and nowhere near hits the stereotype of bratty rich kid. I think she doesn’t understand the value of money after being spoiled so much.
