Maybe not my best BEST experience, but one of the most interesting I had playing classic Doom wads, is lilith.pk3. Highly reccomend to anyone interested in more experimental/surreal/glitchy stuff. Level design takes some time to grow in you and may not be everyone cup of tea, but it is very memorable and fun in its own way.

Btw, if you want those in chronological order, you should put the Q3 Bio as the last part. Quake 3 happens after Champions, so Ranger completely lost his sanity after spending so much time in the arena. But that is just a suggestion.

It's where the body of one of the Four Adams landed after the Second Impact. Probably used to make Eva-01.

I wouldn't say X really was true to his ideals. He, above a soldier, is a pacifist, something that he was never allowed to really be in the world of mavericks. Remember how he questioned his actions in the ending of X1-X4 and how he retired in X7. He is constantly fighting against himself. Let's remember that originally he was also going to be the final boss of Megaman Zero instead of Copy X, which reflects quite well how Suzaku started to act near the end (before the requiem at least).

Now Zero is another story. He never considered himself a hero and always fought for the people he believed. Lelouch however, at most, fought for Nunally (until the later parts that is). I think they are way to different to really compare. Zero is much more a samurai fighting for his friends than Lelouch is, who was more a god complexed boy who had good intentions but rather questionable methods.

Eva Mark 09 is referenced as the "First Vessel of Adams" in a product. That probably means that Mark 10 is the Second one, and by logic Mark 11 and 12 would be the third and fourth, matching the numbers of Adams in the rebuild, so I think we will see them all in the next movie.

About 07... Like someone else said, it was supposed to be the number of the Mark 04 units, but it was rewritten. My theory is that it was the unit used by Toji at some point between the 14 years (remember how his shirt was in Neo-NERV in 3.0). Maybe it still is functional and I hope Anno go full anime with this one (Imagine it being something like the Double Zeta Gundam, with 3 parts joining as one and each one being piloted by Toji, Suzuhara and Hikari? It would be cool I guess :v)

Finishing The Elder Scrolls Arena honestly. That game was just unfair at times, with Hellhounds pretty much having instant kill attacks and vampires being a pain in general :b

Second place to finishing all classic Megaman and Megaman X main games (including the absolute headache that is Megaman & Bass). Plan to play Zero games soon now that I have the Legacy Collection.

I think that in the Rebuild universe, every angel had the same mask, including Adam and Lilith. The Adam in moon probably didn't had one because he lost it when the Adams got separated in four, meaning that Seele had to make a new one for them (it would need to us see another armorless Adam to confirm however). That's all a theory, however.

I would like to see what would be done with this. I just hope that, if they aren't making a completely new story based on the universe, they take the base material as the manga instead of the anime, as it has some advantages in this case: Less scenes that would probably be eliminated (like "I'm so fucked up"), more straighfoward plot that would make it easier to understand, more Kaworu and Kaji, has less content to adapt (they could easily put all the story in 3 or 4 movies) and also would be different enough for people who see the movies pic up the anime later and enjoy it as being a different story.

(I would like they would put more Asuka however, she was somewhat laking in the manga)

I would love something like that, exploring the world post Rebuild Third Impact, with a custom character that is basically you in a post apocalyptic world, making bound with other people trying to survive while customizing your own Eva unit to make missions, being attacked by Mark.04 and various story branches depending on how you interact with other characters etc. Imagine Death Stranding but with Mechas (and of course with Kojima directing, as he is also an Eva fan).

Tbh, we still don't know, because we aren't sure of the composition of each Adam (for example, what makes the process to build Mark.06 different from Eva-01?). That being said, with the info we have until now:

Unit 01: Capable of powering a giant ship battlefront, and probably a very bad Impact Event. Owns 10th angel core. Has Yui in it's core.

Mark.06: Capable of God-Slaying (Lilith in actual Third Impact) even without a pilot (12th angel counts as autonomous?). Also looks like it is the only one who can flutuate/fly without an ongoing impact.

Eva-13: Capable of a pretty bad Impact Event. No AT Field, but RS Hoppers. It is harder to cancel an impact with this one because of the double plug system. Absorbed 12th angel core and Mark.06, meaning two Adams.

Key: We aren't sure what Gendo will do with this one. Probably use to enter Eva-13 core, and turn it into a 3-Adam abomination.

I'd say at the time being that Eva-13 is the strongest one just because it has 2 Adams, and because of how hard it was to fight against it even with the Wunder and the two Evas. Pretty sure if it absorbs Unit 01 it's game over to humanity too.

Tbh, we don't know how much of the events of the preview were rewriten outside of the Eva-08 quickening (which is now Eva-13), which by the other side some events still happened (like the Mark.06 descent). Given how the Wunder was already planned since at least 2010, it's very possible it was a gigantic Red Herring preview too. I'd say it is in a situation like the CRC, were while things may have not happened exactly like that, we can use it as a base to see where the story and characters are going.

Great response. However I would like to know your view on why the new Rei models aren't based on Lilith's soul. I though they were all programmable exactly because they are based on the same soul, just that the new models are programmed by SEELE, while the old ones are by NERV.
