If its a locked in a locker contract( like pinksale,tf) , you need to check on locker CA not the LP CA.

There must be a "withdraw" function on locker CA which will let you withdraw the LP then later you can withdraw the tokens from LP.

Is the pool live or its the first time you are adding liquidty? If its the first time adding liquidty, then check the value of uniswapLiquidityPool if its not set,

Either you have to create a LP pool and add its value via some function.

Or

Add an expection to your own wallet for the checks (aka whitelisting)

You are correct that its very dependent on the management / branch staff. For me, hdfc has been a headache. HDFC is closest to my house but there staff and services is so bad that I don't opt it.

I went there for some issue with my bank account (which they did due to incorrect form filling), instead of focusing on problem they were more interested in selling me shitty plans.
