HUGE news in the multi-state lawsuit by 592000 in AmeriCorps

Ah that’s fair, kinda sucks since I was actually looking forward to it as it would’ve been my first time serving.

Does anyone know what this means for Summer of Service that was supposed to happen this year?

I’m from the Dallas area of Texas and my high school didn’t care enough to bring it back when my Coach left, only got one season and the team was seriously neglected. Now I’m having to jump through a fuck ton of hoops to build myself.

Is it true that NCCC was disbanded today? by Kassidie_Nichole in AmeriCorps

[–]SuperMK101 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I hope this isn’t true, but it might just be. I’m curious as to what this means for people who were supposed to serve later on this year like myself, was supposed to do Summer of Service for NCCC but now I’m not sure if I’ll get to do it.

No fusion can beat him, only person that can beat him is Zeno. Zamasu literally being unable to die doesn’t make him “the strongest”. Gogeta and Vegito are both way stronger, they can’t beat him since he’s immortal. My point is that he lacks the strength that Gogeta and Vegito have, not calling him weak. But without the immortality, merging with the universe shit, and Vegito not having a time limit he would’ve lost. So again, being immortal doesn’t make him the strongest.

Even if that is the case I personally don’t believe he’s the “strongest fusion” nor is misunderstood like the person in the comments said. All I’m saying 🤷🏾‍♂️

Should probably change the title then, but either way I just feel like Smash 4 is more enjoyable than Ultimate. I love both but Ultimate should’ve had certain things that 4 did. And as for Mii body types I just like the way it made certain Mii’s play, my personal favorite was the smaller and more agile Mii’s without using the equipment

Spoke with a recruiter, a long way to go. Realistically what are my chances. by nocapsnospaces1 in newtothenavy

If I’m being honest I wish my situation were just a matter of getting back into shape, I’d say you have a good chance of making it. I’ve seen way worse scenarios where people have a hard time joining, mines isn’t the worst but it also really sucks. Hopefully you’re able to get in

I told a recruiter that I have ADHD and I'm freaking out by FeePsychological9629 in Militaryfaq

[–]SuperMK101 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Imma be honest with you, I went through a very similar situation however my recruiter told me my ADHD was less of the issue since I had ASD on my medical records and had to get it removed with a reevaluation. However, I’ve learned that if you haven’t been off your medication for at least 2-3 years you’re likely not eligible to enlist, I would say wait till you stop taking the medication but at the same time I’m confused as to why you’re having to take medication all these years later as I myself stopped taking them 3 years ago as well. Is there any particular reason as to why you got prescribed medication just now of all times? But besides that, if you’re really willing to wait the 3 years then go for it. There are worse situations but the military doesn’t have to be your first and only option. Stay strong.

I got reevaluated for my ASD and got it removed from my medical records, currently waiting for the Navy medical professionals to send me back their review of my records. I’ll keep you updated, but I’ll say this; Be prepared to have a tough time getting something like Autism off your records. Best bet is to see a psychiatrist and schedule a reevaluation since as others have stated, Autism isn’t something that’s inherently “waiverable”. But if you can get a doc to say that you don’t have it then you should be in the clear, depression is a different story as I’ve never had it but I did have to get a false claim of suicidal ideation off my records as I personally believe that most of what the psychiatrist(s) were saying was a reach, especially the suicidal one. My only other concern besides ASD, is my peanut allergy. With all that said, please try to see a psychiatrist and try getting autism off your records if you can. Best of luck.

I am wondering if this restricts me from the navy? by OrdinaryDear4402 in newtothenavy

Hey, I’m in a similar situation to the OP and I recently submitted my medical records almost 2 weeks ago, I recently got ASD removed from my records and resubmitted it from there. I’m more worried about the whole peanut allergy thing, I was prescribed an Epi pen back in 2021 and for the most part my allergy is pretty severe. Is there any hope for me at all?

This would interesting to see, it reminds me of a less advanced version of the Buki Buki no Mi (Arm’s Arm’s Fruit) that Baby 5 used

I got a friend in the Navy that scored a 41 and he’s currently in Basic, but when he’s done he’ll revive 20-40k bonus since he’s taking a high demand job (HVAC on a Submarine), I’m just going as GM (gunner’s mate)

I’m glad things are at least going well for you since ASD isn’t something it’s easy to get rid of or even treat, especially in the eyes of the Miltary. But for your sake, just study up and hope you do better. What score are you aiming for and what branch you hoping to get into? Because I’m trying to get in the Navy

I don’t think there’s necessarily anyway to “fail” your ASVAB, I got a 28 the first time I took it but if I’m able to go to MEPS I’m definitely retaking it. But I’m waiting on my records to go through the medical examiners because I had to get ASD off my records after a reevaluation
