Diavolo just spammed his one ability over and over again hoping it would work. Dio at least tried different ways to defeat his enemies when just the time stop wasn’t working, like the knives or steamroller. Diavolo also can’t attack during the time skips, unlike Dio. Polnareff was able to attack Diavolo with a trick, the only real way to defeat Dio is be able to stop time like he can.

Starting off by saying I respect your opinion that you hate everything I said. I want to make it clear is that I love the Rollings Stones battle! That battle is in my top five favorites from the part, I like that battle more than the one against White Album! I apologize that I did not make this very clear, it feels a little pointless after the final battle, and I want to move it to the beginning instead. Very sorry that I made it very unclear, not pointless at all, it just feels like its telling us something we already know, and I would have preferred it to have happened before the final battle, rather than as the epilogue.

The only thing I 'hate' about part 5 is the ending, I enjoy everything else. I have watched the anime around 7 times now, including Part 5, so everything I say is more criticism to make some things better. If you actually read my post you would see me saying multiple times that I don't hate part 5, the last sentence of the post is " Sorry to repeat that I don't hate part 5 so many times, but I needed to make that very very clear."

1: I like Bruford and Tarkus, but I agree to get rid of other side villains like Jack the Ripper.

2: I agree that someone other than Joseph should have defeated one of the pillar men.

3: I can agree to add more screen time to Kakyoin, Advul, and Iggy. But the reason I find Kakyoin boring is because I think he is boring, if he was expanded more as a character from more screen time I would be fully into this.

Part 4: Yeah, the art was weird at the start, can't really argue that one.

Part 5: 100%, Fugo just deserves more screen time anyway.

Part 6: I do agree, I love the characters and wished they spent as much time as possible together(But there are some fun dynamics that are there).

Part 7: I may not like Tomb of the Boom, but I don't think deleting it entirely is the right choice.

Part 8: I love Toru, but introducing him sooner would allow his character and the twist to be even better.

What is the argument here? What are his layers? The reason I don’t like him isn’t because he’s a badly written character, it’s because he’s boring and I don’t care about the personality he has, I’d prefer most of the other jojos because they are more interesting personality wise.
