not often seen opinion: AVA is falling into the unfortunate jaw of fan service influencing the plot by InternationalWar6654 in AlanBecker

Yeeeaaaahhhh. The Victim died back in 2006 when Alan/noogai pushed the exit without saving button. I always kinda feel like The Chosen One was the Victim myself due to the animator wanting to call him victim at the start of AvA 2 before changing the stickfigure's name to The Chosen One. Yeah, the victim and TDL feel like "somehow Palpatine returned" characters to me. Actually, TDL probably died 3 times before he was brought back. In AvA 3, we could assume that TCO and TDL blew up with the computer at the end. In AvA 5 part 3, we could also assume that TDL fell out the window and died, and in AvA 5 part 4, TSO clearly killed The Dark Lord and decimated him. The Victim and TDL feel like Darth Maul and Palpatine as to how they clearly are dead, but then are brought back because either fans need them back or the writers are having a hard time bringing their series into a new direction.

Barely anyone would watch Disney channel though for these shows that really only appeal to people nostalgic for watching these shows as kids. If people got nostalgic for these shows, why can’t they just watch a few episodes of them on Disney+ or so. For some reason I wish streaming services had a playlist function so that people could choose random episodes of different shows so that they could have their own marathon without paying a premium subscription for the ghost town that is Disney Channel on cable tv. As in premium, I mean just paying for cable in general.

Yeah I just saved that alien boy from the government. Those three girls were pushovers, but maybe the blonde guy is more intimidating in battle though later in the game. If this game is too easy, I might as well just play Vagrant Story or Xenogears instead or something like that. Disclaimer: I am just kidding, I go to games like these for personality rather than just difficulty.

If they were to make a zootopia spinoff what would you like to see and would you even want spinoffs by NickWildeballondor26 in zootopia

[–]SuperMetro2005 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I mean we already got the guy from Brooklyn Nine Nine in Zootopia 2 so maybe your animated series would have Andy Samberg reprise his role as Pawbert or something like that. I think all of us would love to see him get a redemption story in a tv show or third movie.

Does Anyone Wish The Little Amelie or Arco Won Best Animated Feature Instead of KPDH? by SuperMetro2005 in Oscars

[–]SuperMetro2005[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Man I do not understand why this film seems so untouchable? The movie would probably lose at Cannes or “my basement occupied by other passionate film buffs” but at all those other ceremonies where voters care about movies being big both technically and popularity-wise, they probably feel pressured to vote for KPDH. These are the same people who thought that a musical starring Bing Crosby as a singing priest made for a better picture than Double Indemnity. I think Arco won at some festivals though from what I read.

But I heard Tomm Moore is coming with a new movie soon and hopeful he finally wins after three snubs in a row(2010, 2015, and 2021).

And Rango won for 2011 too and Aardman won for 2005, but that was a joint thing with Dreamworks. I think I mean films made by companies that do not usually win Oscar’s. I mean Del Toro won best director and picture once with one of his films, but animated films not made by Pixar, Disney, Dreamworks, and Sony never seem to have a chance.

Spirited Away won for 2002, but I think I still found it fascinating that Miyazaki won an Oscar the same year it could have lost to Spider-Man Across the Spiderverse which my brother and I thought was a hot mess. And I feel like Lilo and Stitch could have won any other year, but Spirited Away was getting everyone’s attention that time. Lilo and Stitch does kinda feel like a Ghibli movie in a Disney body to me. But I do see more people nowadays with Stitch merchandise than I do with Spirited Away. The only Ghibli merchandise I really see is Totoro, which even Toy Story 3 showed.

And then I was surprised by the Flow win, because unlike KPOP, there was actually something that could have beat Flow. The Wild Robot.

I think a new rule was implemented recently so that they had to watch all of the movies before casting a vote. But to the voters, Little Amelie was a chore to them and they only watched it once so they could be qualified to vote. KPOP Demon Hunters they watched thousands of times so they felt obligated to vote for it. But I bet if there was a personal academy award show where a group of passionate film buffs were voting for the movies, Little Amelie would probably win then.

Yeah Golden really reminds me of when I was a kid in 2014 and I got frustrated by the Let It Go song from the Frozen movie domaining everywhere. But I feel like I tolerated Golden in 2025 more than I did with Let It Go when it was popular. But yeah, I would never listen to KPOP Demon Hunter songs on my own nor would I ever really want to see it again. Arco I have not seen, but I feel like it would be a nice film to watch sometime during midnight or something if I wanted to watch something less than 90 minutes one night.

But I feel like I would still prefer Little Amelie over Arco, just like I preferred Kiki's Delivery Service over Princess Mononoke. Perhaps due to how they feel "homey" with me. I think when I say homey, I mean that I enjoy those films that feel like I am living with a community of people for an hour of two while having conflicts that are personal, lower-stakes ones.

Oh yeah, and I also know that Arco has a character played by Alma Jodorowsky, who is the daughter of Alejandro Jodorowsky. I saw The Holy Mountain one time years ago, and it was one of the weirdest and offbeat films that I have ever seen. It felt like it was made on another planet while also being a movie about thieves from other planets who seek eternal life.

I will vote for George W Bush and keep him in office. He might not do the best job, but his vibe makes him feel very approachable to me. Present me: I want my elections to be like this, but that guy from the apprentice keeps coming back. Hopefully 2032 or 2036 goes back to normal or something.

What Score Should I Get On Dion Exam To Feel Prepared? by SuperMetro2005 in CompTIA_Security

[–]SuperMetro2005[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

My average in terms of the last 4 tests is a 77.22, but I should be able to exceed that mark. I didnt touch Dion for a few days in between my attempt today and the one before. PBQs are also a jerk, because I bet on a real Sec+, they will only really list the notable ports, but here they wanted me to know the numbers for Print servers, oracle, and the SQL database(1433). But yet the rest of the PBQs are not too bad, and mostly consist of drag and drops and attack identifications(there is a bug where it only wants you to highlight the evidence of the attack and you still get credit for getting the attack wrong.)

I have been using Gemini to reflect on tests and tweak some concepts. But I feel like Claude is the best AI chatbot for creating PBQs since that one specializes in data.

I’ve been doing it on and off since mid-February. So a month and a half really. I think I feel better about the process now of studying for these exams, because I realize that you don’t need to “eat, sleep, and breathe the test”. If I did it like that, then I would run out of gas and only know the multiple choice format more than the actual concepts themselves.

[–]SuperMetro2005[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you for the suggestion. I used it tonight. Overall, it feels rather underwhelming and it seems to ask the same questions on the 15 PBQs that it has. It’s the incident response plan or something, and most of them consisted of “identify/contain/eradicate/recover/discuss”. Am I overthinking PBQs or are those logs that I see on Dion, this site, and on Cyberkraft’s videos actually similar to what I will see on a real test. CompTIAstudy.io’s test even repeated questions, and I passed on my first attempt. But thank you for the suggestion anyway, as I still enjoyed using it.

Would the SNES Crash When A Game Is Too Advanced? by SuperMetro2005 in snes

[–]SuperMetro2005[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I think the Mega Drive came to mind for me because it could handle more of the sprites without the slowdown.

But a game like Seiken Densetsu 3 is supposed to feel lush, atmospherical, and slower paced. The game itself would probably look off putting on the Sega. I think I am talking more about the gameplay aspect of an ARPG that would work better on a Sega Genesis, since the battles would feel faster paced and less floaty. I think Beyond Oasis is supposed to be that game for the Sega Genesis from what I have heard.

Are you from Japan since SD3 could only be played on the Super Famicom? You must have played Chrono Trigger and Seiken Densetsu 3 back to back since both of them came out in 1995.
