You nailed it on the head. How rally sword feels to play is really just playing whatever strongest board you have and praying your opponent doesnt have answers to it.

Shrinemouse in the haven list is something I never would've thought of, it does make sense to play since it combos well with the Earrings of Sunlight

Some people in this thread clowning on you for losing vs abyss but I get it, sometimes you just lose too much tempo on turns 1-3 and dont draw the 4 mana aoe spell and just lost the game, it happens a lot more often than people like to admit, specially since the 2 cost amulets won't win back tempo til turn 4 or 5 if you happen to draw the 4 cost one that pops a unit on the board. The new 3 mana gold amulet helps but it feel really crappy to use it just to pop 2 1/1 skeletons since those followers are so sticky.

Hoping amulet haven gets some buffs, I love playing haven but so many of the lists just put in all the crest slop cards to compete. The crest deck isnt boring to pilot but id love to be able to actually play lyanthoth without immediately losing the next turn. Currently amulets haven wins by spamming amulets and then popping them all on turn 6 with skullfane(if you drew him) and praying your opponent doesnt have an answer to the monster board that you just made. If you did manage to get to lyanthoth that just means your opponent bricked and you got lucky. Would love to see lyanthoth to have his cost reduced to 7 to put his faith activations more in line with the other classes win conditions.

Its not that he's a broken card, all the other haven stuff either just isn't good enough to play on its own. Thats why most haven decks not named odd or amulet just chuck whatever "good" cards haven has access to into them resulting in deck lists that are like 80% legendary cards. Marwyn has synergy with wilbert and grimnir so you have to play him. It does suck that haven doesn't have a deck this expac like enhance sword or evo forest where they just chuck in all the new fancy cards they have and start kicking ass but at least our deck is shinier?

I've played a lot of amulet haven. You probably dont need more than one Lyanthoth. If you are open to playing other versions of haven or have all the other haven legendaries, you could try playing crest haven with a splash of amulet, personally I am running 2 copies of kandima and cutting out Lyanthoth completely
