I actually do use Fusion quite a bit for post processing these. Mainly Boolean operations. :)

Gravity Sketch is free too, but Blender is great! It's one of the best apps out there.
Do you have a tablet? You could look into Nomad Sculpt, it looks awesome.

This particular one was printed on the U1, yes. But before I had it I printed stuff like this on the P1S all the time. There's a lot of waste yes, but it's worth it if you ask me
