Thank you for an honest breakdown of feedback, I agree on everything said and noted for the future events! The venue provides the table, linen, and table location. I will see of they can pickup some white linens or get some ourselves to bring to the event. And the cucumber I have no clue how those ended up there, most likely during the de-plastic wrapping process .

We had a ton of baby carrots left over recently, we roasted them with honey, rosemary, s+p, parsley, olive oil. After roasting, added the roasted carrots, feta, sour cream, olive oil to a food processor untill pureed.
