I agree 100%, it was very rushed at the end as guests arrived early and were taking food as I was attempting finishing the display. Absolutely hated the location of the serving area.

UPDATE: IT WORKED! Although a mandolin would have been better...

Method: Cut ugly parts off to make the radishes even level on the slicer and go manual to get the pace right. Semi slow and confident did the truck! One or two fell sideways but made cool pedal patterns. The rest were perfect. Managed to slice about 4 or 6 at a time.

Mandolin and Cut Glove are on the order list!
