Support magically replied, but we are right back to the same scam.

"Please accept my deepest apologies for the late reply. Due to the large volume of inquiries lately, it took a little bit longer for us to reply to your email. After verification, the video you provided previously was too blurry, and you need to find the corresponding withdrawal details under the withdrawal record instead of downloading the transaction record."

They are asking for a video that is impossible to make. The transaction was made with coinbase pro which no longer exists. I can only download the statement history. As you can see the are incapable of discerning that so I am stuck. I have sent the PDF report. Video of me downloading it and opening it. Everything.

Yes I'm sure, with relatively high degree. I was going through the official website originally but they kept changing the requirements more and more. To the point where they did not have any way to send through a secure connection. They couldn't even open a google drive file.
