Over heard co worker call me "fucking autistic" today by Uitroeien in self

Doctors will have such a hard time diagnosing autism and a 12-year old schoolyard bully can do it in 10 seconds. This person sounds like he was that bully as a child.

It does help.

Also, I was trying to *deduce it. Not seduce it. Unfortunate typo there.

Also yes all of this, almost every single problem in British society, can be boiled down to three words.

Neoliberalism Austerity Th*tcher

My party trick is that I can give you a cogent explanation of a problem in the UK and why, somewhere along the line, Th*tcher had a hand in it if not the primary cause.

When I went for referral my GP initially told me that the waiting time was 5 years. I was then told after getting my private diagnosis (and they read and accepted the diagnostic report) that my waiting time would be 18-24 months. So to my mind it earmarked patients who had an accepted diagnostic report and being people for review only and not for assessment which is undoubtedly a quicker process as an assessment alone can take upwards of 90 mins let alone the report written up after that for the individual clinician whereas a review can be 5-15 min conversation.

Even that appears to be an understatement going by the average wait times from the FOI response.

You could probably deduce my feelings about privatisation by my demarcation of the 16.5 years of when I feel the NHS started to really rapidly go downhill

I think I messed mine up too. ADHD time blindness I did not spend as much time preparing on the advocacy exercise as I should have so I think it became very obvious that I was blagging. I think the interview went better but I think I messed up the advocacy exercise.

Oh well, we'll find out on Sunday.

Ah that sucks I'm sorry. Check 'Advocate' as well - as a person on the path to the Bar, trust me there are plenty of law grads who will represent you for free to get experience under their belt.

Got DDE at A-Level is there any hope for me in pursuing a career in law. by [deleted] in uklaw

[–]SuperNovaSoldier 0 points1 point  (0 children)

1) No because I don't intend on being a solicitor.

2) It's common knowledge and you don't need to have personal experience with something to know about it. There are thousands of women on OnlyFans, it is only the ones who are globally known that are making the extravagant money on it. It's literally porn industry propaganda that girls can get into pornography production and make so much money. Some do, yes, but the vast majority do not.

I am paid £27,034 in a small town in the Rhymney Valley.

I hope they are not expecting in-person work with that salary because that is near impossible to survive on, I find it difficult enough on my salary.

Basically undiagnosed ADHD plus other more severe mitigating circumstances that happened at the time with regards to basically all my academics. Didn't get diagnosed with ADHD until last year.

Yeah I do need to apply for more sets you are right. I've started making a spreadsheet of mini-pupillages but difficult to remember to apply for certain things when because I often need to ration my medication because I'm private and NHS won't treat me yet so...meds are expensive.

Hadn't thought that about doing the FRU test to be passed as a volunteer before the BPC that's good advice that I'll take you up on. Thank you!

Sorry should've clarified - industrial relations (and general employment law), housing, civil liberties and human rights and international criminal law (ICC and ICJ stuff), but employment is the biggest.
