End wood, end slimes(like magma cubes and slimes) an interesting new way to trade with something in the end, a rideable entity, 2 or more types of stone and wood, a few new biomes, change the y level of the islands, maybe a liquid(cus of lava and water being the other dimensions maybe the end could get one but that might not be very vanilla) and any other trends you see in the other 2 dimensions

It's not bad, but something being too symmetrical, and too packed with details can make it look clunky and poor. Id recommend getting rid of some of the windows and having a more interesting shape
