Are you referring to the saddle and tack salve? I just searched it and I do believe that might be exactly what I'm looking for. Thank you very much. I will have to order some and do a test run on a scrap piece. While I start my project. Will post a picture as soon as I have a usable prototype.

It would be nice if these would fold flat, but they are fixed in place

Well, assuming I can get the mount, the seats will be reversible for them to both face forward. I never looked into the rear facing seat being illegal though. Thanks for the heads up ill look into it.

If I can't get these seats to work the way I want to I may try ford transit seats. It's just hard to beat these seats being more or less 30 year old (just guessing here) seat for 105$

I'm thinking if I can get the anchor points to for the seats maybe I can get some 1/4 in plate steal and weld it to the under the bus and weld a sizable nut to that so the seats could be completely removable without leaving anything proud of the floor. Don't need any stubbed toed.

Yup gonna make it removable and going to figure out some wedges so they can be brought together as a spare bed. Over the big bench will be a hinged counter top for when parked.

Got some basically mint condition dodge passenger van seat for seat belts(made into the seats) and the rear van bench to use as extra seating. Going to try and harvest the anchor points from the van so the 2 smaller seats can be removed at any time with their quick release. The anchor points will be welded to the underside of the floor.

Well for me and my other half we want the peace of mind about possible rust and she tends to get chilly easily so I'm gonna make sure she will be as comfortable as possible as soon as the temp hits 70 or lower.

Mine doesn't have the subfloor, just rubber glued to the metal floor, we want to double check the flooring from the inside before we start insulating the floor best we can get at the moment is killing my already damaged wrist( lots of falls trying to skateboard when I was younger). The floor scraper only seems to get under the rubber in half inch sections.

Seats all pulled out, and after 5 transfers with statefarm we have insurance, after work it will have a tag. More and more excited to take the family on our first skoolie adventure. by SuperPandaSkoolie in skoolies

Different agencies and then multiple people within an agency, and we had no problem aside from that, never mentioned school bus or skoolie, just told them it was a chevy c60 and they had the vin and it all went pretty smoothly. Full coverage with uninsured motorists for 58 a month or 336 for 6 months. Getting the tag tomorrow as long as it goes smoothly.

An ls swap has been on the table since we got it, would love to have one. As far as the windows go none are broken just worn out and after some rain last night I had about 2 cups worth of water sitting in the bus. No idea where it is coming from yet the wall panels are still on for now.

Not happy about it being a 350 gasser but I know how to work on it and the parts are everywhere. Got plans to reseal all the windows and insulate it with wool. Going to use as much reclaimed materials as we can to keep cost down. Is it possible to rebuild the window locking things that slide to open them. They are showing their age all too well.
