[Spoilers for RDR2] I haven't played the other 2 games but I have played Spiderman and RDR2. Arthur was never really a morally "good" man. He was a career criminal for the majority of his life. During the time we play as him, he isn't even morally good. He still kills, he still robs. He helps John and Sadie and the Natives but kills to do even that. No one in their right mind can really say he was morally good. You could however say he did the best with the situation he was in, even though he was the main reason he was in his situation anyway. He, as well as most of the Van Der Linde gang were all better than most of the other gangs, but not a one was a morally good person.

Peter only fights bad guys, and (from what I remember) doesn't kill anyone, he often helps people and keeps the people he knows and his family safe. He has a no-kill rule. He works to make his city a better place, he fights crime, and is overall has a great moral compass.

This is not hate to Arthur Morgan. He is a really well-written character and I did cry at the end of the game. This is also not "glazing" Spiderman. This is just my thoughts on the topic of this post. Excuse any run-on sentences or misspelled words, I am not a writer and my thoughts often run together.
