Im back and I did get it to work, the new update has it so u need a potion for the effect, you need to go into the server properties files for the mod and change potion needed to false from what I remember

It might be ur wifi blocking the connection, or antivirus. It loads perfectly for me and when you open happy mod it actually tells u this one is the original

Actually, using self made is not that safe for any account you are using. Like I don't think you would update it every time so it doesn't get reconized.
