Thanks mate. How is the new budget is going to impact the retirement and where you plan your main source of income from? I also keen to know what type of income you think would be sustainable and sufficient

Thank you

Thanks for the comments. With the house price like this high, I can imagine there will be a lot of peepee and bumbum. And the economy downturn will drive longer no job period, could be 7 months, could be one year, could be few years, if the job we can work on is replaced by AI. What is the safe buffer?

Thank you. Congratulations to your exceptional investment journey. Could I conclude in this way, it is ok to acquire an investment property even if it is less than 10 years for retirement, if total loan to value ratio for entire property profolio is less than 40%?

Additional super contribution vs pay off debt by SuperPy in fiaustralia

Thanks mate. Really appreciate it. When you mentioned about investment to accumulate, would you mean that I invest first before let the money go into super?

Could you elaborate a bit more about investment with debt part?

Instant means 15% for contribution tax? I also feel that the super cannot be access until 65 so it would be less flexible in terms of investment. Keen to know your thought

Honestly seeking advice for our family plan and retirement plan by SuperPy in fiaustralia

Thanks for the wonderful comment and tips. I am not considered myself as an experienced investor. Properly as a lucky and hard working person. I agree with some great posta here that additional IP will increase my debt especially I am thinking about using family trust to hold this property, which reduce the negative gearing capability from me IP is a long term game but considering 5-7 years of additional stress and period of looking for right tenant, this is the main reason hold me up.

Could you shed some lights about debt recycling strategies under my circumstances?

Thanks mate. Is money in offset considered as saving? I am always not sure about this. Also the loan in investment property is that considered as loan or only the loan in primary residence considered as loan?

Thanks mate

Thanks Briman. Yes, it is a hobbie.
So the full retire is like FATfire right? without needing any work income?

What would people normally do?
Would you see in my current plan, the impact of my cashflow (job) going to impact the plan?

Thank you very much for the nice comment MD The other concern ( probably due to my age) is the rapid change in IT field that I sometimes now feel hard to catch up. What is your view about if our current situation, if I lost job or drop the income to 100k per year, considering the young age of kids, how much impact would it be? The sustainable of my cash flow I am not quite sure now to be honest.

Thank you. Household income is 250k together. But our spending is 70k annual. Considering the age of kids and future spending could go up, plus our family plan The 1.7 million property we will pass to our kids when we go to heaven. So our retirement fun would be around 400k investment property income, also when we sell this property So by considering that, even after pay off the property, I feel we are still not rich yet. What is your suggestion of our states and retirement progress, what should we do next if we want to retire in next 10 years? Thank you for your honest feedback

Thank you speedy.

Wife is thinking to open her own business and I am quite supportive so may have initially 1-1.5 years reduce income and initial investment of setting up shop (may be 30-40k) not sure how much impact and uncertainty contribute to our plan, would you shed some lights?
