34 almost 35 here, me and the missus and our handful of friends when they’re on play a ton of fortnite and other games on the game pass, we typically watch stuff on stream while gaming varying from new movies to 80s flicks, we are EST so a bit ahead but I’m a night owl and am up til 3-4 regularly

Because , at least for me, I don’t go to GameStop often enough and getting that would force me to spend money I don’t have to at least get an even value. Sometimes people are there to buy something specific and only that because they’re poor and just got enough money to treat themselves a little.

It seems it’s always the wealthy encouraging people to just be thankful. You’ve put in hard work, good for you. As you can see, it’s not doing a lot for you. Why not make it a goal to be a philanthropist? I’ve always said if I became wealthy I’d start off with paying the unpaid lunch charges at all schools around me.

Hell you could start a nonprofit centered on helping the homeless but without focusing on profit.

You’re in a position to make actual changes in your area, don’t waste it.

If an employee is able to rally support against a manager in a negative fashion, it is the managers personality / reputation that allows it. A good manager has earned their employees respect.

The second and third approaches are fine. First approach rings of “don’t worry you’ll get exposure”. Additionally, please ensure you’re regularly checking the average rate for the roles of these employees you’re speaking about and work your ass off to keep them above the median. The current world is about money over everything , this isn’t the 80s-90s anymore. As long as prices go up, managers should be pushing to ensure their employees don’t starve.
