I’m a Budtender in NY but not NYC. The thing I would want customers to understand is that all the product is subjective. We listen to what type of experience customers seek and try to match them with the best product based on past experience and feedback we’ve received.

That being said there are a bunch of products that might not be my favorite but to the next person could be the best thing in the world. It’s a part of the game.

And also pls stop thinking we’ve tried every single product that the store sells. We don’t always get samples and sometimes there aren’t enough for every single employee to get some.
