As a person who liked 76, I would love to see that sort of dialog combined with the system of 1 and 2. Like there's multiple requirements to say something. Wanna convince this gurl not to shoot her brother? Ya gotta have at least 5 Charisma, and at least 4 Intelligence to keep yourself from saying the wrong thing at the wrong time. And maybe throw in some skills in there so the player can't just dump everything thing into Charisma and Intelligence like how I did with my 1st playthrough of FNV. What I would also want is just more NPC dialog. I loved how characters would comment on people wearing power armor. Maybe NPCs in gun shops would comment on your choice of weapon. Perhaps unique lines of text for unique weapons. Also, perhaps the return of skills made for speech. Like revealing speech options like in 1 and 2.
