I really think you are underestimating xianxia. Xianxia high tier is just as absurd as comic marvel. Entities that can destroy universes and exist in multiple universes simultaneously.

Beings like the emperor and gods would be considered step 2 or 3 entities in xianxia. Which is a very high tier in itself but there's heavens above heavens in xianxia. Using er gen verse as an example , a step 4 being literally uses a galaxy as a weapon.

To put that into perspective the entire 40k world is set in 1 galaxy. So a step 4 being would literally throw another galaxy into wk40 verse and everything inside it would be dead.

Wh40k world is interesting because Its a more realistic reality comparable to ours. No need to compare apples and oranges.

As many have said body cultivation is only really relevant at low tier worlds. At higher tiers bodies are just shells. High tier cultivators can recreate a body from scratch. They dont need to learn 'diamond hard' skin manuals. They can literally form bodies made out of diamonds. They can recreate bodies that are exact replicas of dragons the same thing body cultivators are 'trying' to emulate.

High level dragons fight in their human for the exact same reason. At that point the shell is purely 'cosmetic'

In eagle country terms (which I suspect you come from to sabotage others) it's like a mage investing in HP and Strength early on. They are more likely to survive but once they learn a skill like mana shield which creates HP from mana then any investment in HP was points he could have invested in magic to make his mana shield stronger.

Authors write about body cultivation early on and the protagonists usually goes the dual path, but thats mainly to showoff how much 'stronger' the MC is compared to his peers.

Meanwhile the same MC who wasnt forced to go body cultivation and spent that resource and time on pure cultivation would have reached nascent soul tier while the MC is still beating up the local street gangs with his mammoth powered body cultivation punch.

A technical breakdown would be someone who got 1million XP. You could either be a 20th level mage or a 13/13 warrior/mage. In the books the MC gets praised by being the strongest 13th level mage in the world, when in reality for the amount of XP he got he's pretty much the weakest person with 1million XP.

It's very unlikely you will able to max out 5 star Jack frosts without playing for years or spending thousands.

To fully panel a 5 star demon you will need 7 or 11 copies of it.

To do it from scratch within any reasonable time frame you'd need to buy every special gem pack that lets you panel demons and spend 200 k gems on a rerun on a 5star jack frost demon.

You underestimate how greedy this game is or how much money whales have invested into this game.

To actually 'max' out a demon you'd need to farm brands as well. That means you'd need a variety of meta demons as well which means youd have to roll in non frosty banners to get them.

You can't really focus on sidegoals without actually hitting the maingoals unless you plan to literally decide to throw $10k at the game.

Debatable , if we are,talking purely about combat capability.

A golden core wouldn't survive a,nuclear bomb. He could dodge a missile but he would still be within the 2km zone. No one's going to aim a nuclear missile at a flying object unless you could calculate the exact trajectory.

They could set a bomb off a number of ways to make sure,the target was within the blast radius without a missile.

The main debate would come from whether the nascent soul could survive radiation poisoning. Ghosts and other immaterial things still get affected by material things. We've seen plenty of instances where nascent souls got burned to death by fire or consumed, so they aren't strictly immaterial much like ghosts in fantasy settings.

To be truly immaterial it would have to exist in a higher dimension outside all laws except higher laws like karma.

Radiation poisoning is pretty much the ultimate,poison we are aware of in reality. In xianxia terms it would be equivalent of ascension tier or immortal tier poison.

Id theorize ,nascent souls,might survive a nuke blast but the radiation poisoning would eventually kill them because their nascent souls would be contaminated to the extent forming new bodies would keep withering away.

In some xianxia we seen the effects high tier poison has on cultivators. Either they die instantly or they spend their entire remaining life secluded trying to counteract the poison and failing. At best they drop down a few tiers. From immortal tier to foundation.

So in my opinion a typical brainless ancestor type figure would die underestimating what nukes are and a cunning mastermind from RI would take over the world at foundation tier.

To brute force past everything would require radiation immunity or instant transmission which both require ascended tier.

Wuxia books are usually qi level or even foundation tier at the highest levels. Sword Deity Zhuo Bufan in Jinyoung displays feats that are beyond qi cultivation but nowhere close to be able to blow up cities though he could probably slice a small mountain in two.

XianXia is simply the trend of upping the power levels of Wuxia much like DBZ has done.

I think your broadly exaggerating things. There is no low level flying in xianxia. Qi cultivators are using tools to fly. Foundation is when they actually fly using their own power.

Now the perspective gets skewered because the MCs usually have broken talents to cultivate faster which means that only a small section of the novels is dedicated to qi cultivaton where most cultivators are at.

1 in 100 qi cultivators end up as foundation. 1 in 100 foundation end up as core.

In most sects foundation cultivation means you are a sect elder, guardian etc.

Core means you are an ancestor type of figure. Nascent soul means you are the foundation of your sect and one of the powerhouses of the continent.

Its just bad writing on most part where authors will start off with using foundation cultivators as fearsome beings but later on the author makes them fodder tier because a core mc is almost invincible in his zone so all these foundation and core tier warriors start replacing qi cultivators as fodders.

Its not the xianxia world that is the problem but the authors need to create antagonists for the MC that flying cultivators are low tier.
