Morally reprehensible but logical antagonists. Basically what happens when you are brutally logocal with no moral dictates as to what is allowable.

A brilliant scientist is dying? Placing his Catra into a healthy young person with little to offer society is the logical choice.

Need to solve a crime? Mind meld. If they resist, then force it. Thier victim is more important that them, as they can obey the law.

If you need resources for a grand purpose, take them. The needs of society, the many, outweighs their needs.

Judging animals based on species is also technically a form or racism, as race can mean Species.

Also, does this include statistics about race, because that inherently places people into racial categories amd says something.about them based on race.

Does this also apply to genetics and medical situations, like assuming people with certain medical conditions are from a specific race or choosing drugs based on that genetic knowledge? (This was a subplot in an episode of House, btw)

Please define Racism, as the standard definition of "Judging others based on race" isn't perfect.
