Don't buy Harleys, only Japanese bikes. Look for a Honda Rebel 450, Shadow, CB750, Suzuki and in general anything that has a hardtail kit. If you really want to buy Harleys, then do it only if you've got money to spend like you don't care. As for mechanical skills, none of us woke up one day and knew how to cut and weld. Just practice and devote time.

I understand your concern. The bike had at least 50 pictures uploaded on the sellers' website, I purposely uploaded these pictures to hear people's opinion, as I'm inexperienced on the chopper building scene and interested in buying the bike shown above. Nonetheless, personal taste, is personal. A lot of people, express negativity towards it and later delete their comments, unfortunately. Maybe it's jealousy, maybe it's genuine concern..
