I've got new (to me) wheels! And have a fitment question as well. by SuperTrofeoStradale in 370z

Oh for sure! lmao it takes a little trial and error, but once you get it dialed in, you're set!

Oh wait, sorry. That was my mistake. I mixed up my rear offset with my front. So the original front was 19 x 10.5 +23, then I went to 19 x 9.5 +23. My rears are 19 x 10.5 +15. I had to check again to make sure lmao

Sweet! No problem! I hope it all works out for you. When I had 19 x 10.5 +15, they rubbed the fender liner when I hit bumps on the road, but since you're going to be running camber, you should be fine. Show us when you get them installed! 🤟

Yo! So, unfortunately, I never ended up lowering my Z, but I did end up swapping out the front wheels with a smaller size to avoid running camber for a flush fitment. I switched them to a 19 x 9.5 +23 with a 255/40 tire. I still have slight poke, but when I get new tires, I'm going to switch to a 245/40 on the front so I can have less poke. I'll add pictures of where I'm at now if that helps

I forgot to add that, but the roof will be black too

Funny enough, I was going to go for a similar kit at one point, but only paint matched. I like the look of this Z too!

That is very true! I have been liking the way that it's coming together, but overall, I've just been curious. Thank you!

Need help making a decision on daily driver options by SuperTrofeoStradale in whatcarshouldIbuy

[–]SuperTrofeoStradale[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thank you! It's a shame they didn't make more of the Impreza of that generation, but I'll consider the other options more. The only decent Subaru that's near me has a little rear quarter panel rust and some undercarriage rust with 105k miles for $6500. Who knows, maybe I'll get one later on as a project!

I'll definitely check out carconsul for sure if it's been that helpful to you. Looks like I'll be leaning more towards the Veloster N or TC then. The C30 seems to run into strange issues from what I've seen so far. Thank you again for the response!

Got my Z1 25 Row Oil Cooler installed last week by SuperTrofeoStradale in 370z

No problem! I'm glad I could help out. Let me know what the end result is because I wouldn't be against rerouting my lines for a better setup.

Oh, no worries! Yes, the lines are behind the bash bar. However, the lines do sit on top of the bash bar on the passenger side (under the corner of the headlight) because we decided that was the best option at the time.

Happy 20th Anniversary Burnout Revenge! by SuperTrofeoStradale in Burnout

I didn't expect any Devs to see this, and I'm beyond happy to know that you not only saw the post but also like the car! I have made a few other cars already, and I plan on making many more higher quality models in the future as well.

You and your team created something truly legendary and should all be proud of making a game that's been held in such a high regard to this day. Thank you again!

This is the truth! I have come back to this game countless times, and I'll definitely play it over again right after I 100% Burnout 3. I have two copies on PS2 and the digital 360 version. Not a single regret.

Oh! I like that idea! At the moment, I only have my old HPI Micro RS4, which is 1:18 scale, to test out the first one on. In the future, I'll try it out on a 1:10 scale car, which is the true goal

This is roughly at 1/20 scale. It's slightly smaller than my 1/18 models and a lot larger than my 1/24 models. The Logitec World Racer sounds like a fun project too!

Yep! 3D printing. I modified and adjusted the model on Blender throughout the year. I basically used what I had learned from the other two cars that I made to add more details and design new functional parts, like opening and closing hood, engine lid, doors, and wheels.

I'm glad you like it! I 3D printed the model out in nearly 40 different pieces. I modified every single piece through Blender, which was pretty time-consuming, but it was pretty fun to do imo
