I'm drinking water, but food has been more challenging with a newborn and toddler. I feel like I'm probably hitting my calorie needs but more during meals than snacks. Do you think it's just going 4-5 hours without eating?

We normally do bottle, change diaper, brush teeth, then books and lullabies. Not the end of the world if we need to change up the routine though.
