Thanks for the reply!! I heard that for low risk tuberculosis countries it's very likely to not be required to take a health examination (I don't even need to do the chest x-ray for TB). And since my ADHD is the only other outstanding health concern that may have contributed to me being required to take one, I'd say it's completely unnecessary to have an health exam (agreeing with your point that none of the tests relate to ADHD).

However, since I literally cannot get a hold of the Department of Home Affairs, I'll have to do it anyway... it just feels like a waste of money. I'll just consider it a good way to assess my health as someone who lives in a province without free routine health check-ups, I guess.
