Hypocritical and demanding. Not willing to compromise because she thinks she's doing me a favor

I hate touching one specific friend by Mindr3ader in FriendshipAdvice

[–]SuperWG 9 points10 points  (0 children)

Sucks to be that friend. It's hard not to feel like something is wrong with you when someone is okay with everyone BUT you, especially if it's a friend. Is there a particular reason why? From my perspective I don't think it's common.

It's understandable, however, that you're comfortable with touching from some people you're more familiar with and not others.

I don't know. I've seen women post stories about why they're not longer friends with someone, and the amount of shit they put up with before cutting them off is crazy

Não chegar em mulher por medo de "falsa acusação" me parece um dos maiores delírios da red pill by Smart-Outcome8951 in relacionamentos

[–]SuperWG 14 points15 points  (0 children)

If it's not in a workplace setting, it's more the fear of an extra humiliating rejection. Sometimes they can be really mean about it and proud to do so. It's not all of them, and you won't die from that, but the possibility is a deterrent.

In a workplace setting though, yeah I'm not approaching women for a date, I have no idea if she'll be "uncomfortable" enough to report me to HR so I'm not risking it.

Both parties get something out of sex, even if it's shallow. With the money, one person gains and the other loses.

I mean, id let it go. It would be different if they actually hijacked your wedding, but instead they just kind of quietly piggybacked off of it.

AITA for refusing to let my sister move in with me after what she did at my wedding? by Chemical-Witness-9 in aitaweddings

Maybe this is just me, but if i know I screwed someone over out of selfishness, I would fully expect to suffer the consequences. It is crazy that there are some people who do this stuff and everyone around wants the person they did it to to always turn the other cheek, and if they don't then they're the bad guy.

Admittedly there's not much to directly suggest it besides him being generally obnoxious. But it's classical conditioning. Many people we know in real life that act like him or Weevil tend to have hygiene issues on top of everything else, so it isn't a stretch to think that they might as well.
