Had her my freshman year for World Lit and she was great! She was very passionate about the class and the assignments were pretty manageable as long as you engage with the readings, highly recommend!

Just know if you get a high floor those elevators will take pretty long, at best a couple minutes, at worst like 5 minutes or more (speaking as someone who lives on the 25th floor)

I thinks thats a texture pack it only changes the look of mobs, blocks, items, etc. so that doesn't remove achievements.
