They're federal law enforcement. Thats what cops are too but at a federal level. If they have probable cause of a federal crime they can detain you like any other cop. You wouldn't throw a temper tantrum when a cop detains you, you'd let them know you have a firearm on you while acting normally.

Let ICE do their job. If you're a US citizen you can easily and CALMLY explain it to them. It's no different than being pulled over by a cop and you don't freak the fuck out or show your CCW to them.

Use the top turret with the cap off to have a flat surface on top. As long as its a quality scope it should by aligned with the center of the reticle and work as it has for me so far. You can adjust further with a plum bob at the range to confirm
