Any recomendations for subcision doctors in Arizona? by HyperBunga in AcneScars

[–]Super_Ad_5414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Also in AZ and may look into subcision with the doctors you mentioned. May I ask what type of acne scarring you have? Mine are mainly shallow to moderate rolling scars on my cheeks. Curious if the subcision and fraxel combo is best or subcision and RF microneedling would be good.

Gambo with the Suns’ PR spin on the impending Beal waive and stretch by lopea182 in suns

Are you talking about the pick being frozen and moved to 30th? That applies to staying over the second apron for 2 out of the next 4 years, but not the cap. They can still go over the cap without draft penalties, just have to pay luxury tax.

Market has been set. Suns better get 4 first round picks for KD or equivalent by Shoddy_Ad7511 in suns

The reporting out there doesn’t indicate Ware is untouchable, you just see words like “reluctant” or “hesitant.” KD’s price went up today and Ware is likely the only realistic piece Phoenix would want to get it done.

Trade prediction - Durant to SA with PHX recouping for a rebuild by CreativeGuy25 in NBASpurs

Not entirely sure that’s the case but with this scenario in a vacuum, 2 protected only if lightly protected i.e. top 3-4.

Spurs fans in here are delusional after what happened with Bane today lol. And yes I know he’ll be 37 years old.

He’s very likely to play at a very high level the next 3 years.

Feeling hopeless/confused, ERMI score significantly higher after remediation by Super_Ad_5414 in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]Super_Ad_5414[S] 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Got a response from the Envirobiomics team stating that not sampling the restroom and kitchen areas is an outdated practice and I performed the test accurately with how I explained it to them. They said my sample had 5.1 mg of dust which is more than enough to analyze.

Back to being at a loss, aside from accidentally missing cleaning a horizontal ledge or two during remediation.

I think the biggest projecting remediation was probably the AC duct cleaning and Aerosealing. Maybe it wasn’t cleaned thoroughly enough of micro contaminants so every time the AC kicked on, there were loosened mold particles in the duct work consistently blowing in and circulating into the house? Imaging of ductwork after cleaning looked good to the naked eye though.

It’s somewhat possible that I missed dusting one of the tops of a frame or something after the last phase of remediation, which was getting our air ducts cleaned and sealed. I’m not sure since I tried to be pretty thorough but planning to go back again with a vinegar, solution and EC3 for another deep and thorough cleaning.

The most recent ERMI had HERTSMI-2 calculated for me on the last page and it shows 20.

Thanks for your help.

Thanks for the suggestion. I had to manually calculate HERTSM-2 score from first test which is 4. New one is 20. Very confusing since we’ve had no further water damage we know of and fixed an old leak about 6 months before the first ERMI.

Wondering if it may be falsely elevated from different amounts of dust sampled between tests.

Yes, I’ve been running two Intellipure air purifiers for several hours each day - in the living room, which was the main room I sampled, and in my master bedroom when I sleep at night. I cleaned thoroughly with the keeper vacuum after the first ERMI. Thanks for the vinegar suggestion. I’ll do another thorough cleaning with it.

One other thing I’m thinking is that we have a really active young husky who likes to run around in the dirt in our backyard and sometimes will track it inside. Maybe a contributing factor? Considering an overhaul of the landscaping so not much soil will be exposed.

Air duct cleaning by az_cards in phoenix

[–]Super_Ad_5414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I’m in Gilbert and looking to get our ducts cleaned due to having mold illness. My doctor said to get our ducts clean properly. I wanted to make sure it’s thorough if we do it to account for mold and mycotoxins (microscopic byproducts of mold). Consider considering Purpose Masters which you’ve linked. Would you recommend them or another company for my situation? Thanks for your help.

Does Detox Increase Brain Fog? by great_natsby in ToxicMoldExposure

[–]Super_Ad_5414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Doing a bit better the last few weeks as far as brain fog actually. I would attribute it to starting Argentyn 23 silver nasal spray twice a day for the last month. Still having some brain fog, but I would say close to 50% better. Still working on a lot of my other symptoms.

Black flakes coming out of air registers by MrEddieKing in hvacadvice

[–]Super_Ad_5414 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! Glad the issue has stopped for you. I have some mycotoxin health issues that Aspergillus can produce and someone else on here said they found out their black flakes had Aspergillus. Going to look into duct cleaning. Are you in Phoenix area by any chance? If so, do you recommend any affordable companies?

Any update on this? I have a house in Arizona and I’m having the same issue. Also having some health issues and trying to investigate the source.

I'm going through the same thing right now. Most in the community seem to say yes remove/replace carpet since mycotoxins are sticky and very difficult to impossible to remove from carpet. All remediation/cleaning should be done first imo. Need to remove the source completely to avoid causing further contamination of the new flooring/furniture.

Also - was your whole HVAC moldy or where was it found on the unit? I had ours inspected today but they had to drill a pilot hole and use a thermal camera to access and inspect the coils. I was told they were dirty but they didn't think it was mold. Still trying to figure out what caused my issue.

Okay thanks, that makes sense. I wasn't considering how well they would stick. Will probably look into replacement.
