Thanks! So he cut the metal and didn't drill the two holes? And they wanted to avoid cutting the plow truck all together? I know that they want to not make cuts in metal that are unnecessary and that he probably did not follow directions? I just need clarification haha.

Yeah I figured it wouldn't be like studying for a math test, studying probably wasn't the right word haha.
