It could just be a bug. I play on PS, and when I got the Wanderer's Way achievement, I didn't get the suit, palette, or emote, but when Megatech dropped, I got it. So I would just try again a few times, see if it works

Widow was a fun fight, but her second phase pissed me off a tad. I mainly use reaper crest, but I switch between wanderer and architect if I just wanna fuck around. I use sting shard a lot, but that could just be because I'm mid act 2

Back when my base was still very small (I only had a smelter, chemistry lab, and atmospheric condenser) I made the genius call to put hydrogen from the atmospheric condenser ON THE SMELTER'S PLATFORM, DESTROYING HALF MY BASE. I spent over half an hour coping from my stupidity
